Lam Rim retreat ONLINE

Enlightening Our Potential:

In order to achieve more happiness for self and others, it is important to understand our mind and its potential to attain enlightenment.

Samsara and nirvana are also created by the mind. In order to get out of the cycle of suffering and help others to achieve the same we have to generate the realizations of the stages of the path to enlightenment, the Lam Rim. In this retreat Geshe Namdak will guide us through the important points of the Lam Rim and the ultimate nature of our mind by teaching essential and inspiring texts like Lama Atisha’s Lamp for the Path and Lama Tsongkhapa’s Song of Experience.

He will not only clearly teach these texts and have Q&A, but will also kindly lead us in the meditations on these subjects.
